A data room built from local files

How it fits

From local files to a diligence plan

The data-room CLI inspects a bounded local directory, shows gaps, and asks before writing the prepared result.

  1. Scan

    Local files

Discover the files inside the exact working directory you choose.

Workflow

  • scan_dataroom — discover a bounded set of files inside the CLI working directory.
  • dataroom_gap — score readiness against seed or Series A checklists.
  • build_dataroom applies a bounded plan and requires fresh host-write consent for the exact invocation.

Run it

  • Install the CLI first.
  • Start the CLI from the local directory that should bound all source and output paths.
  • Ask your assistant: "Scan the fundraising documents in this workspace and show the seed data-room gaps".
  • The result stays local. It is not an Operalta room publication, share, or synchronization.

Access levels

  • L1 Public — pitch deck, executive summary.
  • L2 Confidential — financials, metrics, cap table.
  • L3 Sensitive — legal, IP, contracts.
