Product guide / Playbooks

a proven method, one step at a time

Put proven operating patterns into motion.

Playbooks turn a company situation into a focused guided conversation — a useful framework applied, without another management system to maintain.

An operator running a repeatable company process

Where this helps

Operating frameworks rarely fail on their logic. They fail in the third week, when nobody owns finishing them.

The question it puts in front of you

How do experienced operators usually work a problem like this one?

Where judgment belongs

You answer every step. The framework structures the thinking; it never does the thinking.

What gets prepared for you

The right method is matched to the situation and advanced one step at a time, carrying each answer forward.

Execution & collaboration

How a method runs.

01

Find a playbook by company stage, function, vertical, or current problem.

02

Work through one ordered sequence inside Chat.

03

Carry each answer forward so the next step starts with context.

Playbooks in the real world

A framework you already know, applied to the company you actually have.

The library can be searched and filtered, or matched against the situation you are actually in. Starting a playbook creates a new conversation, persists the session, and advances one step at a time.

Current examples include the EOS Scorecard and V/TO, implementing OKRs, RICE prioritization, company operating cadence, unit economics, fundraising, and founder-led sales. These are established reference languages, used where a live workflow supports them — not a new proprietary doctrine.

What holds up

What it does well, and what it was never meant to do.

Constraints are a design position, not an apology. Everything on the left ships today; everything on the right we decided against.

What you can rely on in Playbooks

  • Available through the Playbooks library and matched recommendations.
  • Runs as a guided session inside Chat, and remembers where you stopped.

What we chose not to build

  • A playbook is a guided sequence, not proof of execution.
  • Completion does not automatically create a Decision Brief.
  • No dedicated Playbooks file export exists today.

Works with

Where Playbooks hands the work on.

Decisions rarely stop where a product does. These are the guides that pick the work up next.
